Step-by-step timeline
Submit Donation Form
Fill out our online form to start the donation process. Provide your vehicle details and preferred pickup time, ideally during our after-hours window.
Receive Pickup Confirmation
Our dispatcher will contact you via phone or email to confirm the evening pickup. We will discuss the location for leaving your car keys and title.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that the keys and title are left in the agreed location. A signed release-of-liability form will also be required beforehand.
Tow Truck Dispatch
Our tow operator will be dispatched, usually within a 30-minute window of your agreed pickup time, ensuring timely collection of your vehicle.
Vehicle Pickup and Receipt
Once your car is picked up, you will receive a donation receipt via mail after the sale, along with IRS Form 1098-C when applicable.
