Categories we accept

Cars & Sedans
1995-present

Donated cars are typically auctioned off, providing the best value for the donor and supporting local initiatives. If unable to be sold, parts are recycled to maximize the vehicle's potential.

With many Dallas residents navigating busy urban life, sedans provide an essential means of transportation for commuting and family errands.

Pickup Trucks
2000-present

Pickup trucks are often sold at auction due to high demand. If they aren't operational, they can be dismantled for parts, contributing to our funding goals.

In Dallas, pickup trucks are popular for tradesmen and families alike, helping them tackle both work and weekend adventures.

SUVs & Crossovers
2005-present

SUVs and crossovers generally attract good auction bids. If they are no longer drivable, parts can be salvaged and recycled efficiently.

Given Dallas' family-oriented culture, SUVs provide that extra space for outings, making them a staple on our roads.

Motorcycles
1990-present

Motorcycles can be auctioned or sold for parts. Whether operational or in need of repair, they still hold significant value.

Dallas has a vibrant motorcycle community, and many riders are eager to find their next ride or project bike.

RVs & Campers
2000-present

RVs and campers often fetch good prices at auction, and if they can’t run, parts can be salvaged to help fund our initiatives.

RVs are perfect for weekend getaways to nearby natural parks, making them popular in the Dallas area.

Boats
2000-present

Boats can be sold at auction or parted out, and some may even be donated to enriching community programs, creating unique opportunities.

With lakes close to Dallas, local boating enthusiasts often need to part with older models, creating a chance to give back.

Commercial Vehicles
1995-present

Commercial vehicles are often auctioned to businesses looking for affordable options. If not operational, they can be dismantled for parts.

Dallas is home to a diverse economy, and many small businesses will benefit from affordable commercial transportation solutions.

Non-running Vehicles
1995-present

Even non-running vehicles can contribute! They are often recycled for parts or taken to salvage yards, ensuring every bit is utilized.

In Dallas, many families find themselves with an old vehicle that no longer runs, but it can still play a role in supporting local initiatives.

Condition guide

When it comes to donating your vehicle, we accept both running and non-running cars. If your vehicle is running, that’s fantastic! It can fetch a higher auction price, maximizing the funds we raise for our benefits-research service. If it’s not running, don’t worry! Many vehicles that are inoperable still have value. They can be dismantled for parts or recycled, which directly supports our mission.

However, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding title statuses. If your vehicle has a salvage title but is still operational, we can still accept it. Vehicles with rebuilt or reconstructed titles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, while those with a lienholder present may require additional steps. Missing titles can complicate the donation, but we can advise you on possible solutions.
